• Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within UAE: Estimated 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer.

• Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery address.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

• If the delivery fails after two attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
