We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Items sold as clearance or promotional stock

  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., sponges, brushes, personal care items)

  • Custom or special-order products


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (especially if damaged).

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or incomplete, it will not be eligible for a refund, and we will notify you accordingly.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos or videos showing the issue for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, if the claim is approved.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
